A Brief History On Rivera’s:
Chef Rivera always had a dream of starting his own restaurant, after being the executive Chef in various chains, hotels and restaurants, he finally started his dream in Compton, CA., in 1994. Rivera’s Mexican Restaurant was started with his wife by his side and two sons. Chef Rivera soon opened his second restaurant in Long Beach CA, in 2000. After the Long Beach location was a huge success with fine dining and catering events. Chef Rivera opened his third restaurant in Bellflower CA in 2005. Bellflower being more of a smaller take out restaurant, but with its added bonus of providing free delivery, making it more convenient to get fresh, authentic Mexican food delivered to your home or office. After 16 years of serving delicious Mexican food, Chef Rivera opened its forth restaurant in Santa Fe Springs CA in 2010.
